Apprenticeship & Training:

The IEC Western Reserve Chapter produces quality electricians trained by our Federal and State certified apprenticeship program.  Under the direction of highly qualified instructors and the guidance and support of our employing members and contractors, the apprentices embark on a four-year academic program, coupled with mandatory 8,000 on-the-job training hours prior to becoming journeypersons.  The IEC Western Reserve Chapter is proud to turn out countless professional, skilled, trained, educated, and licensed electricians through their certified apprenticeship and training program.

Apprentice Applications are accepted every year in March or April.  If you are interested in becoming an apprentice, watch for advertisements in local newspapers around March, and check this website often for an announcement!
